关于2018年暑假放假及安全注意事项的通知
各位留学生同学：
根据学校工作安排，现将2018年暑假放假及留学生安全注意事项通知如下：
一、放假安排
7月15日至9月1日放假。9月2日（星期六）报到，9月3日（星期日）开学准备，9月4日（星期一）正式上课。
二、安全注意事项
1.假期期间严格遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规，严禁参与非法集会、游行等活动，严禁聚众闹事、打架斗殴，严禁非法务工、经商或从事传教等活动。
2.遵守留学生公寓作息制度，休息时间不得在公寓内大声喧哗、吵闹。公寓禁止吸烟、酗酒等行为。根据西安市公安局有关规定，留学生公寓内不得留宿非本公寓住宿人员。
3.放假前应到留学生管理办公室登记假期外出去向、离校日期、返校日期。
4.外出时做好防火、防盗、防抢及防溺水工作，并注意人身财产安全、交通安全。
5.留校同学应注意劳逸结合，勿久坐上网、进食生冷食品。
6.假期结束按时返校上课，不得无故缺课、旷课。

A NOTICE TO INERTNATIONAL STUDENTS
ON 2017 SUMMER VACATION and SAFETY ISSUES
Dear international students：
According to the arrangement of XSYU, here is the arrangement about 2018 summer vacation.
A. Holiday arrangement
From July 15th to September 1st, students should report on September 2nd, the class begins on Sept 3rd.
B. Security matters
1. Do observe the Chinese Law and Regulations, and also XSYU regulations. Do not attend any illegal demonstration or protests, do not make any disturbance or fighting, nor conduct any behaviors unmatched with student status such as illegal employment, business or any missionary work.
2. Obey the management rules of the International Students Apartment, Do not make a racket or quarrel during rest time. Smoking and excessive drinking is forbidden in the dorm. Do not put up guests to avoid violation of the Entry and Exit law of China.
3. Register your outgoing plan for this holiday to the International Students Office.
4. Keep close attention on your own safety and personal belongings; obey transportation rules on the road, make precautions against fire, theft, robbery, and drowning.
5. Balance your work and rest, do not surf online without proper break, nor drink freezing water nor eat bad food.
6. When the holiday is over, be sure to come back to attend class on time, do not miss classes.
